Yedidya

Having lived in the same house my whole life, I have seen the world through red cottage-pane windows. I paint aspects of the house - architectural form, line, edge, minimalized and abstracted. I used the 3D effect of oil paint on carved-out plywood, allowing areas of the natural grain of wood to show through.
